All My Sons Moving and Storage of Chicago owner Mark and his wife Erin had the pleasure of meeting Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan at the 2009 Better Business Bureau annual dinner. Illinois has been through a lot of political mess lately, and the opportunity to meet a person dedicated to uprooting bad business practices was an honor.
Mrs. Madigan spoke at the dinner and how important it is to go with a company that has a good standing with the Better Business Bureau, like All My Sons Moving and Storage. We have been doing local and long distance moves since 1997 and have been nominated numerous times for awards with the Better Business Bureau for marketplace ethics. Mrs. Madigan stated that going with a company that is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau is not recommended. She spoke about how important it is for consumers to be their own advocate when looking for a business or product and to do research on the company. Mrs. Madigan reinforced the idea of if it sounds or looks too good to be true, it very often is. For instance, in the Chicagoland area, there are many moving companies that have a low rate on their moving services. This sounds great, especially when the economy is tough, but if you check their standing with the Better Business Bureau – they will have an incredible amount of complaints.
As a business that has specialized in local and long distance moving for 12 years now, we have done an incredible amount of moves and have experience beyond the majority of moving companies in the area that are popping up with the “too good to be true” rates. Our satisfaction rate is over 99% - find any local moving company that can beat that! Choose All My Sons Moving and Storage of Chicago for all your moving needs!
