Why get a visual estimate?
Often we are asked: Why get a visual estimate when other moving companies are trying to sell me their business over the phone? All My Sons Moving and Storage of Chicago is a trustworthy source for accurate quotes, especially when one of our talented estimators comes to your home and visually estimates your move. Especially when you are moving a large home or moving long distance, it is imperative that somebody take a look at all it is that you are moving. I can anticipate that you would be wondering “Why?” Many disreputable and inexperienced local companies in the Chicago area will try to sell you with a bait-and-switch low price versus a competitively priced quality move will almost always tell you any price to get your business. Getting to know your moving needs
When you call All My Sons Moving and Storage of Chicago, you will be greeted by one of our friendly customer service representatives. We know that you will have a lot of questions regarding your move, especially if you are a first time mover. Interestingly, we will have a lot of questions for you too! To be able to effectively quote you and answer all your questions, we will need to know all about what you are moving. Some of the most common questions we ask are:
-What type of residence are you moving? (a house, an apartment, a townhouse)
-How many rooms are you moving?
-Are your rooms well furnished or lightly furnished?
-Are there any elevators we will be using or a long walk to where we would park the truck?
-Do you have any items such as a fish tank, grandfather clock, big screen television, a piano, or a pool table that will need special attention?
-What is the heaviest item you are moving?
-Do you need any assistance packing your goods?
-What are your concerns that I can address?
These questions will lead us to make a recommendation on how many men to send to you. Moving a one bedroom apartment has different variables than moving a five bedroom mansion. There can even be variables that are different when we move in the city and in the suburbs (such as parking restrictions). Better Business Bureau Annual Dinner 2008
The Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Northern Illinois held its annual dinner to a sold out audience on March 27, 2008. The audience was treated to an evening reception, dinner and a key note address by none other than legendary Chicago icon Mike Ditka.
We sponsored a table for the event and had a great time mingling with other key business members and companies at the event. It was wonderful to share time with other companies that possess the same determination, drive, and commitment to integrity.
We hope those of you who were there stopped by our booth to pick up our nice "goody bags" of promotional items.
